Welcome!

Light and color are the first things to attract me to a painting or a

potential painting. While I work primarily in watercolor, I may

enhance a painting with Caran d’Ache crayons, pastel and/or ink

or collage. I have painted en pleine aire in the ScottishHighlands,

Tuscany and mid-coast Maine as well as near my home in

Pennsylvania. I also work from photographs I have taken in

those places as well as during other travels.
